Data Retention (Regulated Products): Due to strict government regulations pertaining to firearms and ammunition sales, we are required to retain certain records, including transaction data, customer identity, and firearm serial numbers, for extended periods as mandated by the ATF and other federal or state authorities. Your Privacy Choices

Marketing Opt-In/Opt-Out: By making a purchase on our website, you are automatically opted in to receive marketing and promotional communications from Firehole. You maintain the right to opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you necessary non-promotional communications, such as order confirmations and legal notices.
Do Not Track: Our systems currently do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
Data Access and Correction: You may contact us at hello@firehole.com to request access to the Personal Information we hold about you or to request corrections to that data. Note that our ability to modify or delete certain regulated purchase data is severely limited by law.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Given the nature of our products, users must meet strict age requirements (18 or 21) to transact with us.
